FAQ

How do you ship your pieces?

Shipping prices are based on the weight and dimensions of the items, and can vary from $8.00-$20.00 depending on size. Acrylic paintings are usually shipped in a box with bubble-wrap and cellophane to protect against possible rain.  However, paintings that are 36inches or longer are removed from their stretcher bars, rolled up, and shipped in a tube to be re-stretched at their final destination. This method saves money for the buyer, as well as for myself, and is a common way of shipping larger paintings.

Watercolor paintings are shipped in thick, bubble-mailers if they measures 11inx14in or smaller. Larger watercolor pieces are packaged in a box much like acrylic paintings. Most pieces are ready to ship within 2-5 business days, and should arrive within 2 weeks. A tracking number will be available once shipped.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. Small paintings are still shipped in a box. However, paintings that are 36inches or longer are removed from their stretcher bars, rolled up, and shipped in a tube to be re-stretched at their final destination. This method saves money for the buyer and for myself. Shipping costs vary per weight and size starting from $15.00-$50.00 and are ready to ship out within 5-7 business days. Packages to Canada should arrive within 2 weeks. Packages to Europe and Australia may take about a month, or longer. However, a tracking number is available.

Refunds/Exchanges. What if my pieces arrive damaged?

I do not take responsibility for damage to paintings once they are out of my hands. However, if you do receive a damaged piece, send me a picture that day and I will try to work with you to see what we can do. While I do not offer refunds or exchanges, I do care about my customers.
